Just checking in to wish everyone a happy St. Patrick's Day!
For those who are curious I am neither Irish nor married to anyone remotely Irish. But the Irish were and probably still are in Mexico and I hail from parents who were born and raised in Mexico so that's reason enough to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Not to mention that it would be utterly un-American to NOT celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Most importantly, who can deny the powerful lure of anything green?!
I popped in to Bit of Ireland Bakery in San Leandro, CA this weekend and walked out with this little guy much my boys' delight.
Who knew you could bake a french bread crocodile? Or maybe it's an alligator.
My nephew enjoyed him. :-)
